• This is a hand’s on supervisory position that will schedule, supervise and assist hourly personnel in the safe repair and maintenance of production equipment.
  
• Supervise hourly personnel ordering, storing, maintaining and specifying production tooling & repair parts.
  
• Help continuously improve the production process through improvements to equipment, tools, procedures or other items that impact our production capability.
  
• Responsible for training all shifts/departments with regards to the safe and proper use of production equipment.
  
• Responsible for training or identifying the training needs of maintenance personnel.
  
• Supervise and /or install new machines/equipment.
  
  
  

• The ability to plan, schedule and assign work. Neat and organized.
  
• Sound judgment, good teaching and communication skills.
  
• Understand industrial electricity, read schematics, trouble shoot and repair equipment, interpret electrical codes, understand Arc Flash requirements for voltages up to 480V.
  
• Understanding of industrial electronics.
• Ability to design, build, troubleshoot and maintain PLC controlled systems.
  
• Able to interpret hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, troubleshoot, repair and fabricate hydraulic systems.
  
• PC literate using Microsoft Office, the ability to use AutoCAD and SAP a plus.
  
• Understand how to implement, maintain and improve a Total Predictive Maintenance Programs.
  
• General fabrication and design knowledge.
  
• Develop and post meaningful metrics to support progress towards assigned goals.
  
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes.
    
  • Minimum 3 years related experience supervisory experience.
  • Five years industrial type maintenance.
    
    
    

Bachelor's degree in related field.
