• Overall responsibility for plant level quality assurance. Manages the administration of the Dynacraft Quality Management System, problem solving activities, and operation’s improvement efforts.
  
• Coordinate the development and effective implementation of sustainable quality related initiatives in areas of manufacturing, distribution, materials, and engineering, in support of defect free product.
  
• Support the development of strategic planning for continuous improvement and new product development.
  
• Represent Dynacraft Quality Assurance to customer and supplier representatives.
  
• Assess, develop, and provide training for plant personnel in quality concepts and techniques.
  
• Supervise and manage the plant Process Improvement Coordinators.
  
• Work with Dynacraft and PACCAR Supplier Quality Managers to reduce supplier NCP tags and PPM.
  
• Support and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Dynacraft’s TS16949 Quality System.
  
• Comply with Dynacraft Business Operating Systems, Quality Management Systems, and overall objectives to ensure productivity and quality goals are achieved.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years experience in quality, manufacturing, and supervisory role.
  
• Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems, including TS16949.
  
• Demonstrated skill in leading effective problem solving activities.
  
• Strong Understanding of the AIAG Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
  
• Ability to effectively manage conflict and interface with customers.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Access, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.  
  • Certified Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.
    
  • Proficient in use of quality methods to achieve best in class product and process performance (e.g., statistical problem solving, process capability analysis, DOE, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D, Kaizen, etc.).
    
  • Six Sigma Black Belt.
    
  • Master’s degree preferred.
