Dynacraft Algona is seeking qualified applicants to fill a current position as well as positions which may become available over a period of 3 months.

Operation Specialists perform a variety of functions within the distribution and production facility; including light assembly work, material handling, shipping and/or receiving. Successful candidates must handle a fast paced environment where quality and production goals are measured and strictly adhered to, and strict safety, quality, performance and attendance metrics are maintained.

• Assemble parts requiring repetitive motion
• Use hand, pneumatic and vibratory tools
• Working around machinery with moving parts and cutting parts
• Lift and move, push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Do repeated bending and squatting
• Use a variety of power lift equipment, including fork lifts, order trucks, pallet trucks and reach trucks
• Deal with heights up to 20 feet while using power lift equipment

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Adaptability
• Desire to participate in process improvement projects as assigned
• Familiarity with computers; SAP experience is a plus.
• The ability to understand, interpret and communicate effectively
• Excellent manual dexterity
